World Class Performances & Narrative Shift Choreography

We create a powerful, healing, common ground for audience members of all races, cultures, ages, and income levels to engage with each other and experience joyful, thought-provoking connections through the arts.

Our annual Juneteenth celebration performance creates cross-cultural and inter-generational connections, encourages dialogue, provokes thought, strengthens self-identity, and advances racial alliance building—all while challenging stereotypes of what a dancer should be. Our performances teach Black history from a self-empowered view on U.S. history, and celebrate resistance, resilience, empowerment and joy,

Our choreography seeks to mobilize for change on important social justice issues including police brutality, homelessness, voting rights, and mass incarceration.

Community Arts & Wellness Classes

Our wellness programs consist of teaching mind and body healing through arts, health and fitness classes. These lessons impact the individual, families and community. Our arts and wellness programs are relevant and accessible to diverse and under-resourced community members who traditionally have had barriers to access. Formats include dance, dance with literacy, Pilates for Back & Joint Pain, and Fall Prevention for Seniors.

Career Preparedness - Workforce Development

We help empower people to become active agents for change in our communities. Through our arts and wellness-based teachers training programs, future Pilates teachers work towards impacting community health disparities, helping build wealth to stay rooted and stave off gentrification, and infuse thousands of free arts and wellness programs into disinvested communities.

Through our two exciting programs- we are currently helping train and mentor 200+ BIPOC future wellness leaders locally, nationally, and internationally in nine countries.
